Started week one at 205.6     Week ten 199.     Week Eleven 199.8  Spent the majority of Sunday riding on the mower......maybe I should have pushed it around instead.

286.5 to start, 274.5 now.  This week has been challenging.  My will power seems to be collapsing and the donut that was so easy to say no to a month ago nows calls me by name.  I really cranked up the workouts to compensate, but unless I plan on working out 10 hours a day, need to learn to say no to foods I love :smt007 :smt010

yakhopper that is awesome!

This is around the half-way point to my goal of 26lbs and so far I've been keeping up momentum pretty well, though the noise in the signal often doesn't show it in the weekly sampling.  My spreadsheet says my out-date is 6/12 but that will probably still push out a bit because the slope changed around w3 after I lost the 'easy weight'.  The effect of that is nearly averaged out now.  I could modify it to only use the last 60 days, but trying to reign in this plot is a challenging goal.

This is also about the low point I got to last year (right before the back to back islander and hunting trips).

I got a lot of exercise this weekend moving my garden fence, 12 posts and about 130' of 28" rabbit fence topped with 8 electric wires up to 7' tall.

Also went to a party at my in-laws yesterday and I paced myself pretty well considering I sat next to chafing trays full of short ribs, filipino spaghetti and spicy chicken wings for 4 hours. We didn't bring home left-overs either.

a lesser man would have gained ten with that spread.  This is where i am falling down...saturday after ride and me with a few hours to cook.

Sorry no picture this time. Starting weight again was 171.3lbs and this
morning was 161.5 lbs. It seemed at this point for me is getting harder
to really cut back on all the good food. I was so used to eatting till I
couldn't walk anymore.

Yeah, I know how that goes.  I was at safeway a while back and they had pork shoulder for something like 50c/lb.  My first thought was to buy 4 shoulders and smoke them (that's how much fits in my grill and if you're going to run it for 7 hours might as well fill-er-up).  My second thought was that I'd probably eat half that 40lbs of meat within a week.  I got two chickens, halved and slow grilled/smoked them instead. I hadn't done that with chicken before and it came out as the best chicken I've ever brought in from the grill.  My son was disapointed when he tried to pull off the drumstick and all he got was the bone though.  ;)  Sometimes when you have to try a new thing serendipity strikes.

D'oh, I almost forgot. 195.0 this Monday, still on the slide. I weight myself every day and it's looking like even worse news next week. I really hurt my back playing soccer on Sunday and have been hobbling around with a grimace all week.
