Russian River drift 3-12 and 3-13

    Planning a Healdsburg to Wholer bridge drift thursday and friday as the weekend is gonna be a zoo. This drift is for the experienced river person only. I am not an expert but have enough experience in these flows to hold my own. I can arrange the shuttle.

for I am in the non-experience group(for now) and my anchor pully still needs to be sanded down some.

was planning on doing the same drift on friday, what time are you thinking of launching, i only live three blocks from the launch so i was going to head out around ten.

I called up there last Friday and the word I got was the river was very cloudy flow was fast.  I talked to one of the Yak rental companies see if we could arrange to have a return ride.  According to them, and this was Friday, it was really fast, in the area you were talking about.  But I hope you knock a few down anyways!

kmstorm, the river has dropped 2200 cfs in the last week, going into today it is that beutiful steelhead green and just dropping under 1000 cfs, perfect for this section. cameron

Man did I pick the wrong day! I know this weekend is out and so is next.....

The warden gave us another day pass....going Sunday as well. Meet at Memorial Beach at a bit after six.......
