OAP 3/10 on the water report

Didn't have to work last night so I had the chance to sleep in. 10am I'm in the garage messing with my kayak today 3 decided to hell with it I'd rather go sit in the water instead of staying home.Grabbed my grassshrimp and leftover mudshrimp out of the salttank which were still pretty lively.  Arrived at the launch and in the water at 11am. Hit my spot around 1130 a mile out to catch the incoming hightide.

Only 2 other boats out here with me.
Its beautiful out here today slight SE wind 3 to 5mph. Good current nice looking water. Lots of birds crashing down on bait.

So far 1 lepard shark a little unde 3ft and fat batray.

I will be sticking around till 330. Finish the rest of this report later.

3 Coast Guard Rigid Inflatables have been cruising around the area since I've been here. They boarded the 2 boats fishing near me.They spent almost an hour on one pber's boat. One of them cruised within in 100ft of me and just waved. Hopefully they are on poacher patrol.

they are probably doing the safety checks for lifejackets, required safety equipment etc.

Ariel Sea you seadog! I want to be there. With all your technology can you beam me and my kayak there? I am so jealous. Right now I am putting together a wrecked car I repaired and it has to be done by 5. So you are livin' large my friend. Do you want to fish China Camp on Sunday? Some guys on coastside caught 2 there where you are yesterday at high tide. one was 64 and the other was 52. Right on Ariel.

Just got off the water, man what a beautiful day. Nothing to reporth besides the Leopard shark and the batray. It was cool seeing the Coast Guard boats taking off they are fast.
