Should we really be looking at it like its going to be two main meals, Friday and Saturday night dinner, with some possible lunch time meals?  Trying to do 3 Squares will be too much I am sure of it...

I'm planning on doing the Man Beans Friday evening, and Chicken Satay for Saturday.  Will probably make a desert too for Saturday night!  For breakfast, I'm planning on just eating some oatmeal, fruit and Coffee.  Maybe some cinnamon buns too!

In addition to fresh tortillas I'll be cooking up a pot of Red Beans and Rice w/smoked sausage for Saturday night.

Also, I agree w/AlsHobieOutback, I'm only planning on a Friday night meal and a Saturday night meal for pot luck. I think we'll all be too stuffed from those dinners to worry too much about lunch and b-fast.  :fat

* I will be on VHF channel 69 - if anyone needs help with transport.

Red Beans and Rice w/smoked sausage for Saturday night.

AWESOME!

Cornbread would go with that very well, if anyone is still on the fence...

ahh..  things are shaping up nicely.

I'll bring store-bought packaged firewood (thanks Mooch for offering to help paddle it in) and a two-burner stove (still needed?).

It looks like the food issues are already (over-)addressed, and I hope to dine based on the kindness of strangers (some stranger than others), but let me know what else I might bring.

Guys, There is a large BBQ pit there and i'll be bringing about 30lbs of charcoal plus a wire brush. We should be fine with that pit so those of you thinking of bringing your webers just the charcoal should do us just fine. Less to pack in......out.
