It was the only red I had to go with the steaks and bacon wrapped scallops I bbq'd last night. Maybe I'll try something different tonight!

Just a joke. I have nothing against Merlot...it's just from the movie.

Sorry you won't be at Mendo won't get a chance to meet you and try some of your home brew. I was bringing some empties is anyone coming that can get them to you or should I leave at home?

If your new at vino homebrew you guys need to talk to bigeyedave.  His is DELICIOUS!!!  He's too modest to say it, but he just won a silver medal at the Sonoma County Harvest Festival.  Winning a wine contest around here ain't easy!

Maybe one of the sacto guys will help out? Otherwise would have to leave them at home. Thanks for trying to help.

bigeye a fellow vitner? The wine my family makes ranges from average table wine to crown jewels, just depends on the year. Only thing promised is a lot of work and drinking.

Bigeye is just a home brewer, but it is excellent.  He's quite a talented guy, and one heck of a fish killer!
