non-yak hookup: Sand Crab Classic perch tourney 2/28

Just wondering if any of my NCKA bros and sisters are fishing the 5th annual Sand Crab Classic perch tourney on Saturday 2/28. It's from 7am to 1pm in Santa Cruz.

So far I know we got me, Fish Flogger, Lars, La Mosca + friend Ben, maybe Chuck, and of course SC Allen! I forgot to ask Ben--are you in?

We should get together and catch some perch....to represent kayak-nation. I'm really looking forward to breaking-in my new Lami surf king that Mooch sold me. Thanks Moochie!

Heck, even if you aren't signed-up, we could probably meet up and fish the beach together. Join the crew. PM me for the super-secret plan of attack haha.

Sin I was thinking about tagging along and fishing for the hell of it! Or maybe Halibut? I will buzz you up later! You know Allen said yaks weren't excluded! I havent fished for perch in A long while,looking foreward to it.

 A friend of mine here in my office will be fishing in the tourney (I think with his dad)  I'm not fishing the tourney but, just now, thought I might have tag along with someone and see how it's really done!  Cuz the way I've been doing it? hasn't been working!

Any other year you could count me in without even asking but I'm going to be in Tahoe this year for the yearly family snow trip.  

Really looking forward to snowboarding but gonna miss you guys this year. I'm so bummed I can't make. Catch a fatty for me guys. I'll be thinking of you while I'm chucking some fresh powder around the mountain

I'm not in Found out shortly after the call from scallen that I have to attend a meeting in Hayward on the 28th at 9am. But, daylight savings time is just 2 weeks away. I'm up for going out after work and on weekends. Let me know.

Sin Coast, I will be there only for the photography.  Make sure I know where all you guys will be so I can take pictures.  If anyone wants to merely observe, I have room in my car for 1 person.  Find me at the sign in at the Harbor.

Ahh man... I have to start looking at the hookups page and not just the reports page. Would have liked to be there... I found out later when Minnow posted his winnings on PFIC and was mentioning that he should have let me know. I am glad that he won and also that you presented some NCKA representation... maybe the next one!
