Right there with you Kz.  I got back on track and I am now going the right way again.  Started at 220, now 214, on my way to 200.  A pound a week.

I ran a 5K with Leah yesterday.  I haven't ran in over a decade.  I jogged the whole thing and I am HURTING today.

Start was 277.8 - this morning 272. Last weekend's party and this weeks lack of bike riding has me hovering. This week will be more productive, loss wise, I am determined. Still no camera, haven't found it. I'll try to mooch, I mean borrow one from one of the kids.

A little backwards slide to 196.6, unsurprising after I dropped 3lbs last week.

Well "weak" six was a bit of a setback. Knowingly  I did not put in enough effort in  eating  right or even get much exercise. I will use this setback as a positive to re-commit myself. Heart-healthy is my real goal...weight loss should follow naturally.  Week one 205........  week five 201.... weak six  202.6

I haven't posted since the first week.  I was at the Doc's office the other day and I was 223. BP and pulse were good as well, on a negative note blood Sugar level has been higher than what I like (my overall long term level is great but the day to day sucks go figure) and doc is experimenting with the dosage.  The good news is while I haven't really lost anything, I am up to 90  inclined sit ups (two sets one 50 and one 40), and two sets of reverse sit ups on one of those exercise balls of 15 ea (slow count on those).  My elbow still bugs me so I haven't started doing any arm work out yet.  I biked to work on average 2-3 times a week for an 8 mile round trip, Lance Armstrong has nothing to worry about from me.

I'm on business travel all this week up in Vacouver, WA and I forgot to weigh myself when I got up early this morning to go to the airport. So don't count me out, I'm still in this! I don't think I lost much or any weight this week, so hopefully next Monday will show some progress. I've got no excuse since I packed my running gear and there is a nice treadmill here at my hotel. See you all at AOTY Saturday!  :smt006

Well, I haven't lost much weight as I'd expected. I guess the good news is that I
didn't gain any weight either. Still really hard for me to cut back on foods I love to
eat. It must be time to change the exercise routine.

Starting weigh was 171.2lbs
