Need a Good Book

Poachers, pirates and the perfect catch, by the dude who wrote the perfect storm-forgot his name...Very short and light reads- Rascal by Sterling North, The education of Little Tree, Water for the elephants,
Clinch Knot, all of these great books.

Another good little read that can help people overcome extreme odds, Johnathan Livingston Seagull by Richard Bach.
Perfect speed is being there. Dare to be different. Lots of great quotes in that one. He wrote another I read years ago, The Reluctant Messiah, another that makes you think "out of the box".
I just read the Kite Runners, no matter how bad it is here, it beats being an Afghan living under the Taliban. He wrote another about the plight of Afghan women during the Taliban, very heavy book, it will move you, too bad I forgot the name of it...
