Fishbutt21 researched out a troublesome item for bay anglers that like to eat starry flounders. I thought more people should know about it.

Read down til you get to the starry flounder restrictions.

It's true, Starry Flounder are closed. I confirmed with the DFG. Who knew?  :smt009

That list is a little misleading (at least to me!) because it includes pacific sanddab which are listed elsewhere as being open along with "other flatfish".
