I went ahead & reserved a campsite. Even if everyone's all situated at this point, I figure someone will need a spot by the time the event is upon us. Let me know if anyone still needs a spot.

BTW, I asked about # of cars allowed in campsites & they said they "like to have only 1 car in the spaces." So, it sounds like it's negotiable; of course, let's keep it within limits & maintain respect for the proprietors.  :smt001
There is an additional parking area for other cars.

Looks like there are already takers to split my site - they still have sites open, though.

This sites are pretty compact, but as long as we're within our 'block' of sights, not imposing on one another, and not blocking the road which is effectively a turn around loop, we should be fine.   :smt001

Every time I see pics from GS1, I am reminded that I forgot swim trunks D'OH!
Current List of Forgotten Toys:
-paddles (on a tandem w/a friend)
-fishing poles
-wetsuit
-swim trunks
But I NEVER forget to have a good time!

Thanks to Sackyak's extra trunks, I didn't have to go commando-style. Thanks Etienne!

Hi Badog,

I believe there'll be a tackle swap there but don't know for sure which day.  I have some extra tackles for rockfish and happy to share them with you.

I am speechless right now. I can't believe my wife did not give me grief on going
camping\fishing by myself. We normally do that together as a family. Four days
and three nights, I just don't know what I'm going to do with myself. Perhaps
come back right away after a couple of days because I'll miss them so much. :smt044 Time to PARTY!!!!

Jedmo
I hope my wife doesn't read this post.
