Wow, congrats to all, there's some serious progress being made here. I'm taking it slow and steady, 197.6, down almost 4 lbs.

I've got a lot to work with... target rich environment as they say.  Hasta la vista fat blobs!

started 286.5 currently 279.  after 3 days of eating out and a superbowl munchie holiday, I am suprised it wasnt worse.  Still, I have a ways to go. 

Spent the weekend in San Diego at a big gymastics meet my son was in.  (tied for first on floor and vault.)  If you ever want to feel really fat and out shape hang out at a pool with a bunch of ripped gymnasts from little kids to adults.  One of the few places where they laugh at mere six pack abs.  These guys have 8 packs and definition you can't believe!

been down with the flu  but I did drop some more pounds haven't
eaten in 3 days  looks like i am about 212 down from 226
