Started at 220. Weighed 214...down 6 pound and over a 1/4 of the way to my goal of 200.  I am going slow and steady!

Watched what I ate, and had SteveS whip my butt on the MTB at China Camp, and then rode my MTB at Mendo with Leah and Paige.

Started at 277.8, was down to 271.0 last week, was 271.4 this morning. I had a Fosters while paddling Mendo yesterday and then an R5 doing clean-up at home, yummy - I mean . . . ouch.

Started at 308... last week was 293.5... this week I'm down 2 lbs to 291.5.  16.5 lbs total.  Hope to break the 290 barrier this week.

Big challenge will be controlling my eating while on vacation at Tahoe with another family.

Week four and down a  bit more than a pound a week. Started at 205.6 and currently at 201. The weather has made it easier to stick to the plan but I would sacrifice gaining a couple of pounds for some rain.

Doh!  I did clock in an all time (well since last summer) low on Saturday morning of 186.4, unfortunately that was followed by a wedding and a dinner party this weekend.  However it's acceptable to lose a battle on occasion as long as the wider war is going well.  After rib-eyes last night morale is high.  ;)

didn't take the pic, but here's the stats

143.2 #s
17.3%

despite what SBD says, he was right there with us on most of the MTB ride...and even my buddy (who i was chasing hard), said "that was a solid pace"

Dang, lots of solid progress.  P-spark is right, don't let a hiccup here or there bum you out, its the overall trend that matters.

Started at 197, weighed in this week at 193. I was a bit frustrated last week because I had gained 1.5 lbs so I started running in addition to watching what I eat and managed to drop a pound. I'll take it  :smt003

Hopefully the pounds will drop a little faster with the addition of exercise to my routine. The end goal is 175 lbs.

Can't upload the pic right now.  201.5 this morning.  Upone pound but considering the Partying Friday night, the feast for the GSP and BJ Penn on Sat, then the non-stop eating on sunday....I think I came out ahead on that one.  My goal is to break 200 by next monday.

After attending two parties on Saturday and then Super Bowl on Sunday, not
surprised that I gained a little. Now I need to include some serious running if I
really want to loose weight. Starting weight again was 171.2lbs.
