Thanks, I guess next time I'm peddling up a hill on some trail out in the middle of nowhere with my bike caked in mud, tears streaming down my cheeks, my lungs feeling like I'm inhaling embers, and worrying that I'm going to be attacked by a mountain lion I'll know why I do it.   :smt003

My dive buddy and I started spearing fish at Van Damme in 1985, saw a report today of 25+ vis at Salt Point.  That got us all excited but still just talk,

Glad to see someone getting out there and drawing blood,

Great pics, I love being underwater,

Thanks for the Report......

Sweet pics and video. The vis is super clear!
If you're not living on the edge - you're taking up too much space!

Sorry for delay had to get a micro SD card adapter.  It was an awesome way to spend last saturday.  Can really see myself getting into this, but need to pick up serious dive gear.  Wore a 5MM slickskin trisuit in a longjohn cut.  Borrowed agarcia's hood, bought some cheap boots and gloves, rented some fins, no weight belt.  Add it all up, that's a helluva lot of rubber and bouyancy.  Had to blow my wad just to get down, really limiting my downtime.  But boy I had a real ball.  didn't shoot any fish, but I did shoot some pics.

That can be a great kayak surf spot. It can also get huge, with a giant offshore break like 20-30ft.

It looks like a really fun surf spot.  But on that day, it was ankle slappers as you can see from these pretty casual landings.

Art did strip his boat and take it back out just for some surf practice, made it look oh so easy.  Didn't know a T160 could carve like that   :smt002
