Mooch, how about fish and chili????
I just reserved #37. You be the people coordinator for the two sites. I'll cook chili.
I have not been to this park because it's always been full. Are these sites right out near the water? Any vegetation or is this essentially beach? We will talk and plan.

...Bob, this is why you have a special place in my heart :smt008

...oh, and the site we have is on the ocean side  :smt007 I'll have to check how far we actually are from the actual beach.

Ariel, maybe bring your wet suit???.....I'm considering bringing a couple of SUP boards. Maybe you can give me a few pointers on how to surf those things  :surf

Note: check in at the site is at 2PM on Sat. :smt011.....I should have reserved it for Friday and Saturday instead of Sat and Sun.
The good thing is that we can stay all day on Sunday.

So, I figure we can either hang out at Bean Hollow and do some surf fishing there and then hit the camp site (HMB State Beach) at 2PM or head over to Montara State Beach and hang there too....

Mooch, this may work out with my reservations and yours. Mine are for Fri.-Sat. nights. Being able to stay all day Sunday is great!! I often do that so Sunday morning can be relaxing (you know, sleep in the lounge chair) and have all day to play.

Is this crabable right out front? If you could take a look at the sites we have reserved (37-38) it would be very helpful for planning. I'll bring the "man van" giving me the option of tent or van. This should be a hoot.

Bob, our site is actually considered a walk-in site but I checked it out yesterday and it's only about 30 feet (from parking spot to campsite). We have very close access to fresh water and the bathroom and showers. (bring quarters for the hot shower)

The overflow parking is just another stone's throw away from our site so no worries there.

The wind can be a problem as I was told - so make sure you bring some really solid tent stakes.

so far we have these people confirmed:
1. Joel
2. Bob
3 & 4 Ariel +1
5. Marvin
6. Kiel
7. Frank (and hopefully Bella :grommit: )

* each site (37 & 38) can hold 8 each so we still have plenty of room. So, please confirm if you can make it asap / Thanks.

*Bring a bike - there is an easy and very scenic trail that will take us to the Princeton Harbor - about 2-3 miles North or head over to the HMB Ritz Hotel about a mile or 2 South....this will be a good place to do some Perching.

*Bring lot's of firewood!

LOOKING FORWARD!!!!!
