So I was griping about only losing 5 pounds so far to Leah. 

Leah (the lady with a degree in wellness...and my wife) said "5 pounds is a lot"

I said not really.

So she brought home a scale model of 5 pounds and 1 pound of human fat that she uses for presentations at work.  The 5 pounder is HUGE!!!  Knowing that blob is no longer on me is AWESOME!

Check them out (the blobs...this is a family site ) I put the beer in for scale...I miss beer 

i figure that i am about a halibut limit overweight better than the weight of an oversize dino.

That is freakin' scary. I might have been wavering a bit on the plan, but NOT now.

Probably at this point half of our weight loss is that there's just less food in us being processed.  Still, some flab has obviously melted away.

I put it by the beer for scale...and I knew you would ALL know the size of a beer.
