How do you "pump" a shrimp?  (sounds kinky)

OK Bassmanben, let's go fishing.  Send me an email and lets meet up at... 8AM Saturday?  The only problem is I don't have a sturgeon tag.  Is there a local bait shop where we can get some bait and a tag?  Someone must know.  Thanks.

try Mike's Bait(14 ave & 18 st) in Oakland.  google map it.  you should be able to get the exact location.  if they don't have what you want, try Oakland Bait(international blvd & 23 st).  i strongly advise you to call the shops in advance to make sure they have baits in stock.  i am not so sure about the sturgeon report card though.  if they sell the fishing license, they should also have the report card.  give them a call.

i'll be there at 9am. have to drop off the wifey first.

any wal mart should also have a sturgeon card in the sporting goods area.  make sure you bring your license with you or they normally wont issue you one.

Planning to launch around 9am.

All newbs paddling with me better be prepared to flip their yaks on purpose then demonstrate to me that you can flip it back over and get back on.

I'm paddling over 2 miles away from the launch so I wanna make sure you guys can handle yourselves out there incase things go bad.
