Mike... where were you when I built my last two shrimp pumps?
The ones I made looked good, but didn't work as well as I expected.  I also hated the rusted parts.

Your design looks much better.  How much do all of those parts cost?

$10-15 plus the ball I am trying to get a good price on the balls I have tried quite a few and these are just right. You can make it cheaper if you use glue connections instead of threads. Chuck I built a few also and hated the rusted parts, this design is strong it will last a long time mine is going on 10 years. I will be donating this model to one of the Raffles.

Im getting parts today. Yup, this pump works great, you can even see the surprised look in the shrimps faces when they get squirted on the beach.

Not to mention the suprised look on the pumper's face the first time he cleans the pump and pumps it again 

Ben if you can't find a ball give me a call I have an extra they last forever.

Nice work Mick! I never get surprised by the ingenuity of the people on this board. We all could go out and buy a whole lot of stuff but we've found ways to make 'em ourselves and many times better than what you buy from commercial brands. Kudos to the many inventors of NCKA!!!

I agree with Sean.....some guys are just more "gifted" than others  Just be happy you have one

Honestly I was a little disturbed that you were making them for other guys...but money is a less disturbing motive.

A clear tube would be so cool... but I wonder how long it'll stay clear after sand scuffs up the inside of the tube.
