Drifted about a mile of low and clear water with my buddy Wdwrkr. Hooked the only fish in water a boat passed up. Just cuz they have a boat doesn't mean they're gonna hook fish.
The very same boat earlier almost bought the farm. The guy rowing plowed into some trees in fast, deep water and became lodged there. The boat was threatening to flip. He threw a rope out, I grabbed it out of the current with the aid of my trusty Quest, and we on solid ground pulled him back out into open water. I don't know what he would have done if we weren't there, there wasn't anyone else there.
