Strong show of Force out at OAP today, not so much for the Dino's....

Few undersized Dino's, Epic Mud Marlin Battles and left around 3 with still a dozen or so still out on the water,

Kool to see the North Crew make the trip, and so many NCKA Brethren,

felt like I was on the Islander, Mendo, Elk,  Pretty Kool.... :smt004

I think this is going to be a Epic Year........ :fishing1

Good to hear there was some action, at least. If not for the weather, I wold have stuck with it a bit longer.

It was great to see everyone out there.

I found something on the rocks when I got back. If you are missing anything, PM me with a description of what is missing. We can arrange for a way for the item to be returned.

Fun day out there, cool to see a bakers dozen of yaks out. Eric B got the only keeper, a 50 incher, and was released unharmed.
Phil/Northern boy got a hell of a sleigh ride on a bat ray that was like 4 feet across, biggest one ive ever seen. I landed a 25 or 30 lber, took me for a ride as well, Phils was at least twice as big, what a mule!
Afew other rays/skates/sharks for the others.. Some folks stayed out after us so the tally might still be different...
China Camp tomorrow.

Damn , it looks like a naval blockade out there. How in hell did anything get past that line-up? Ben, Allen and I and Patrick went to Bodega and pumped a bunch of shrimp. So when you see him tommorrow tell him I said you could have my share. :smt006

Hey nice looking flounder. Did it have any fan mail? EWB you might be too young to see the humor in that one. Congrts on the fish. Man I was following the weather today. Were you all at the same location we were at last Sunday? The visibility up in Sonoma Co. was about 1/2 mile most of the day. Did you guys have enough vis to see oakland?

What a gathering - it looked like a giant tupperware party out there! Count was 16 NCKAers at the peak.

Conditions got a little moist for a while but virtually windless, so really not such a bad weather day.

ewb, that's a good sized starry. For awhile it seemed to be Day of the Rays but it turned out to be kind of a potluck. Just a small bat ray & 7 gill for me.

By the way, Hail Mary! That's all I can say, but just wait, there is a story. Hope ya like Hollywood endings...  :smt002

It's always good to hear keepers being released. Let's keep it going. Also glad to hear all had a great time.

guess I gotta stay up a bit later, see what the ending will be?

Great crew, conditions look like they were not bad at all.

What was the tide doing?

You guys really set up a firing line out there.  Did anyone check the shore anglers out, after it rains, the best place i've seen is near the ferry.

Ben, look for me out there tomorrow.  I may launch closer to the brickyard.  I'll have my radio on.  JTF
