Hi Abers:

I'll be at VanDamm N. Point in front the Glass House Cove. I might
also hit the Lee side of the S. Island. I might even pack it in to Gordan's' Lane Reef if I don't have a Yak.

I think it would be better to get up EARLY, dive while the tide is up, then take a nap while the zoo is in full force.

I AGREE!!!!!!! I love a nap after diving before lightiing the camp fire.

Unfortunately I'll won't be diving on the opener, I'll be working on WAF at the Fisherman's Festival in Bodega Bay.

This will be the year for more trophy abalone. Concentrating on deeper water at Horseshoe.

Sounds like a plan! Let's hope for an opener similar to the one last year...

Here is a plan that really might entice some. Park at the top at hiway 1 roll, carry , drag kayaks to the edge of the cliff in the south cove. Carry kayaks and implememnts of ab and fish death to the water and fish and dive till needs are met. I have only done thais once and it yielded a limit of abs and 45lbs of fish for two. This would be a great way to reap the max potential from this area before the bastards takeit. Craig ps Its a lot of work but so what! What could be worse?

Sounds like a nut-busting, ass-kicking, ball-breaking, rat-bastard-son-of-a-bitch-of-a-day. I'm down.
