Sorry for the late start today.

Started out at 220-217 now.  Down 3 pounds or 1.4 percent, one pound for the week.  Not setting any records but going the right way!  Road to work once, drifted the river, and road my MTB twice for 2 hours ea.at the lake.  The newest trails are SWEET. Once with my support crew!  Good family fun.

Started at 308.

Week 1 was 303.

This week is 198.5.

9.5 pounds total in two weeks.

Mainly discipline with eating.  Had a corporate audit of our site all last week I did a ton of walking all week at work.  Roller skating tonight for a kiddy b-day party.  I'll begin riding the elliptical again this week.

Slow and Steady....203.2    I did manage to get out on the water three times but the meal plan needs a little more focus.  I did not do the grocery shopping last week....lame excuse.

This week 201.5

I actually got off my ass and did something this weekend and watched what I ate but I think a bulk is from having a cold and being on decongestants  :smt003

No loss for me since my last post.  But I think I have better looking toes than anyone else.  I was kinda modest about revealing them at first.

Food is my enemy.

Starting Weight:224.4

Current Weight: 224.0

I actually gained 1.4 pounds back.

I did get my first surf session in yesterday though. It felt great. I plan to start doing that more often. It's tough to make time to exercise now that I have a little one.

Started 194.7, W1, 194, now 192.2.  This weekend was bad between a quarterly party at work and my wife bringing home ribeye steaks yesterday.  We did do a 6 mile hike at Mt. Diablo too yesterday so things are still going the right way.  I dropped 4.2lb last Monday, it'll be interesting to see if that happens again.

Started at 197, now I'm at 192. A loss of 5lbs in two weeks, I won't complain. I've mainly been just keeping track of what I eat, limited drinks to no more than 2 per night. Also, whenever I feel like getting a bag of chips from the machine at work I've been popping a stick of gum in my mouth. I already chew gum quite a bit, but I've found that substituting gum for a snack is working pretty well.

Actually, the more I look at this picture, it looks more like 192.5. Let's call it 192.5 just to be sure. Tough to tell with the analog scale.

lol, I'm not certain how much congratulations are in order allen.  I weighed in at 220 before my surgery on dec 15.  A week of being hopped up on vicodin and another 2 weeks of straight bed rest with some serious muscle atrophy in my calf, quads and hammy.  Then I got pounded by a virus thats killing me.  I have been heavy on the water intake and eating right though and with the physical therapy I should gain some muscle mass back there.  I expect a weight gain next week but I'm in it for the long haul.
