Trout points at Del-Valle 1-17-09

Thought I would go to Dell-Valle today and work on some Trout points. Well it most have been my day because I got my limit the biggest was 7.7lbs 22.25 inches the others where in the pound and a half to two pound class. I caught all but one on a fire-tiger J-7 broken-back trolling on top very slow. The rest of the PBs where power baiting there also where catching trout but smaller ones .

Nice football.  That thing must have hit like a freight train.  I like to troll DV as well, bait fishing puts me to sleep!

Howard she is missing some of her tail probably about two inches she not pretty but what do you want for a mutant ninja trout  but points are points . The water level compared to outher lakes is real good and yes she hit like a freight train thought I had snagged up on the bottom she definitely but  up a good fight .
