Thought I would go to Dell-Valle today and work on some Trout points. Well it most have been my day because I got my limit the biggest was 7.7lbs 22.25 inches :smt007 the others where in the pound and a half to two pound class. I caught all but one on a fire-tiger J-7 broken-back trolling on top very slow. The rest of the PBs where power baiting there also where catching trout but smaller ones :smt044.

Good catch, Pat. Is the big one missing a tail? Looks very short...maybe it's just the angle of the pictures taken.

Howard she is missing some of her tail probably about two inches :smt013 she not pretty but what do you want for a mutant ninja trout  :smt027 but points are points :smt003. The water level compared to outher lakes is real good and yes she hit like a freight train thought I had snagged up on the bottom she definitely but  up a good fight :smt065.

Nice Fish Pat,

Thank for the report.  I will be on the lakes as soon as Duck Hunting is over.  I will be smoking some trout today.
