Pics like before...state initial weight, new weight, goal.  Good luck!

I was 220, now 218 on my way to 200.  I lost 2 pounds. Only 0.9 percent of my total weight, but a 1/10th of my goal...I'll take it.  Ate less, walked, hiked, rowed, biked, and ran (chased Elsie as I taught her to bike ride).

Week 1... 303 lbs.  Loss of 5 lbs.  I'll take it.  Entirely due to controlling my eating habits...

Started off last Monday with a loose rubber band around  my wrist and the reminder worked well for most of the week. Luckily I have been working  on a new three story apartment job so my job includes a built in stair climber. The bad news is the job is just about over so it's back to a desk for me. Started off at 205.6 and currently 204.0 with a goal of somewhere around 190 depending on how much exercise I get vs just losing weight.

Lost a few pounds - I did some more walking, some hiking - mostly just foregoing seconds at dinner. I'm not sure of the time frame we are doing this for. I want to lose a bunch. But, for now I'm shooting for at least 20 pounds by April.

Slow start due to daughter's visit this week. Too many dinners out.

uh......looks like I gained this week, 3 pounds?

No exercise, though I ate well- Oatmeal, salad for lunch, portion control- then at ISE a sandwich and salad every day that I brought from home.

Even Saturday night's dinner was mostly sushi.

Exercise the factor that was missing I think.

Well I feel better now Allen.
I too gained, two pounds for me. Started at 225 now 227 with goal of under 200. I was at 219 on Friday.
Walked hard every day watched what I ate. Then came the Charger Game and it was copious amounts of beer, did I tell you I am sponsored by Ballast point brewery and get a free keg each month, and way to much grub. And they Fn Lost.

I was 194.0 this morning for a loss of 0.7lbs.  I did reach 192.2 on friday and I wasn't really that bad over the weekend (though it was homebrew club meeting day sat).  I hit 195.2 on tuesday because I'd already had a big lunch prior to reading the BLOTY thread.  We were out of coffee at home over the weekend, so I bet I'll drop a lot by tomorrow. ;)

Have not done much but change eating habits this week and staying away from " Temptation ",
    when possible....

Almost 3lbs....   Looks like a Good Start NCKA   :thumleft: :thumright:

It is important ( For Accuracy ) to weigh yourself approximately the same time everyday as far as getting to know how much your gaining or losing,  cloths on/off, ect... ect...  There are fluctuations as the day is long. So, keep that in mind if you feel your gaining weight, it might just be the wrong part of the day or some other factor....

210 to start, not a good week. Large project winding up and lot of stress and bad eating choices. Slower pace in a few weeks and time to do some planning.
