Loves me some turkey Again!

  Wife (& family) loved my BBQ'd turkey for Thanksgiving so much so that she went and got another smaller turkey for me to Q up!   This bird only took 2.5 hrs this time and I BBQ'd it up Saturday just after noon time!  Yum.   Leftovers all over again,  and turkey sandwich's for a few days now!   I think I've just been nominated to cook thanksgiving day turkey for the rest of life

Spill the beans man! Did you brine it? Smoke?

  Straight BBQ!  Half cube of butter in hand and slathered it all over inside & out.  Light seasoning as well inside & out. 2.5hrs on "Indirect heat" in the Webber.
