So, you don't want rotten fish but it is important to warm up the fish before trying to use the Boner.

Nobody likes a broken boner so if yours is dysfunctional, just send it in to receive a brand new Boner at no charge (but there is a nominal handling fee).

For 2009 they'll be offering a new electric Power Boner, the most effortless de-boner on the market.
