It was a long drive but worth the effort.  The ocean was flat calm for two days.  The first day I picked up a limit of abs of for a friend who was fishing but not diving.  The abs were fat but a little under 9".  We fished outside the kelp and picked up nice limits of RF.  The fish weren't big but we got one nice Verm and a couple of nice coppers.
It was a little foggy on the way back but GPS found the pier for us.

We cleaned our fish, cleaned ourselves a little, and went to harbor restaurant for dinner and the end of the World Series.

Next morning I picked up a quick limit of abs for myself, I got lucky with a couple of nice 9s.

Sweet foggy kelp shot and that's a nice, round, fatty of an ab.  Great report.   :smt001

Man, that does look beautiful!  :smt007 - I worked in Fort Bragg on Wed/Thurs and it was glassy flat there, too. Sadly I wasn't able to go in the water.  :smt010

Thanks for the report!
