Got to the ramp at 6 am.  No Live Bait.  The guy must have gone Duck Openers.  We got 3 legal lings and one halibut that was around 20 to 25 lbs.  Maybe, 20 rocks...all on dead squid and live jack smelt.  22 ft whaler with 3 guys.  Water seemed cooler and best bite was 10 to 1 pm.  High was at 1pm.

Pumpkin Festival was a mess.  Took us a 1 hr to get out of Half Moon Bay.  About a 1 and 45 mins to get to Fremont.

Wed. is duck hunting at Kesterson and next wed is at Sac.   Probably, stripers in the delta this weekend.
