Well, after reading Dale L's posting about not posting results of a fishing trip, I thought I better post. Thanks Dale. Anyhow, Myself, Otobepaligic and Holy Tolado, met at Loch Lomd bait and picked up some shiners. Got to paradise and everything looked "GREAT" Got everything in the water and worked our way out and was hit by some major wind!! And could see "sheep" working their way in. The tide was coming in and the wind was blowing the other way!! At the same time the fog was coming and and than it went out. Plain Miserable
:smt013 Otobepaligic got a couple of pull downs, but nothing to show for it. Got off the water about 1 PM after getting hammered with the wind. I'm still looking to catch a butt and will continue to try.

Thanks for the info, firsthand info that the butts are till there.

Around the corner at China Camp the wind and I got there about the same time, but as the morning wore on it got better, tho on the way home I could see that much of the rest of the bay was blown out.

I've only targeted butts once and got lucky/unlucky enough to have a smallish keeper in the net only to have it flip the net inside out and make it's escape, now I carry a much bigger net.

Also I'm a lazy ass, walking my yak back up to the parking area looks like work to me,

Dale L

That hill was a cinch for me.....considering I was sitting on the ranger's tailgate being towed right to truck. It was even funnier when I yelled  to Rory to move off the path as we cruised on by :smt044.
Fishing was a little off  but I never noticed as it was great to be on the water again. The week before BAM I came down with some sort of plague and it had been kicking my ars ever since. The wind started even before my first bait was on the hook and never let up. Nice to get out with Rory again.....it had been awhile.

I don't know if I've had worse luck with wind at Paradise, Tomales or Monte.  All have been good to me, all have kicked my a$$!
