Chorizo laden SUPER NACHOS? how can i get all that CHEESE to melt over and inbetween the chips?....wrap it all in foil and put over some coals?....I think it might work! :smt001

not VELVETA Mike...real cheese!.....i think grated, sprinkled throughout the pile of chips&goodies, put it all in one of those large aluminum trays, covered w/foil and placed in a webber or over a fire ring for a while would heat it all and melt the cheese.....just like in the microwave! :smt011

melting real cheese in a pot is a hassle and if not done right...it will seperate and leave me with a pan of gooe w/oil on top.

Do like Tim the Tool Man and just use a torch.
It works wonders!!!!
Just attach a hand held propane bottle and you are good to go.
