The county is doing a study on the bacteria in Pillar Point Harbor and needs a "flotilla of volunteers on kayaks" to help. Here's a link to the story in yesterday's Contra Costa Times:

yuck!!  I nearly went for a swim at Princeton BTS two weeks ago!   :drool2  Good thing I passed.

I see tons of dog landmines at Princeton BTS (not mine of course!)  Could very well be a factor.
