Me and Anita are truck camping at the Yorty Creek gate, hitting the water when it opens at 7 or 8.
Bass and steelies. Company welcome. Should be nice and swimable and with a little luck, fishy.

Good luck Ben fished out of my buddy's Ranger this am ran up the lake got to Cherry Creek at 5:30 there were boats at every tree so we ran all the way up Dry Crk arm got into a decent bite but as soon as the sun came up they moved deep and the bite got really slow. We ran down to FN/B Bridge and got a few smallies on the dropshot at 35' one had it's eyeballs bulging (barotrauma?). Only place we graphed shad were down by the dam and they were at 60/80' so we didn't give steelies a shot. Bring lot's of water it was smoking by 10 and the Main Lot was almost full at 5am when we got there. Skiers out by 7am and a lot of boats fishing but mostly in the coves not many on the main part of the lake. Are you going to fish Monday?
Group IQ is inversely proportional to the size of the group.
