Napa river (non yak) 9-1-08

Sorry no pictures yet. I still have to play with my new camera of how to use it.
Anyhow, Went back to Napa river for some striper fishing. This time without the
yak because it still a little windy here this morning. Armed with grass shrimp. Five min. after the first cast, the 10' med action rod goes bendo. 28" striper Woohoo!
So I set up again to try my luck for a limit. Fifteen min. later, came a nice 24 incher. Main line used was 17lb mono with hi-lo home made rig. 4/0 kahle hooks
filled with grass shrimp. The couple of guy using bullhead next to me did not
have any luck. Will be sending pictures soon.

Nice work Jed...I guessthey are there earlier this year....hope the wind dies down soon.  too windy today.
