Hey Guys,

Work is taking me to Denver for the next few years so I need to part with my beloved, smoking-fast Tarpon 160.  The kayak (and all gear) is in pristine condition, is fully rigged and comes loaded with pretty much everything one would need for anything from small lakes, to the bay, to the ocean.  Check out the list:

Wilderness Systems Tarpon 160 Dual Hatch, Orange
Surf To Summit GTS Airwave Seat
     Original Seatback
     6 – 1.5” Ram Balls
2 – Ram Tube Rod Holders
     2 – Ram Rod Holders
     2 – Flushmount Rod Holders
Eagle FishEasy 245DS Fish Finder w/Ram Mount
Garmin GPS76 Ram Mount adapter (GPS not included)
     New-School Power Supply (12 cell)
     Aquabound Stingray Carbon 240cm Paddle
     Aquabound Mantaray (?) Backup Paddle
     West Marine VHF150 Radio
     Paddle Leash
     Paddle Keeper
     Anchor System
     Game Clip
     Bait Tube
     2 – Collapsible Crab Pots
Trophy Series Collapsible 28”x30” Net with 26”-55” Handle
     Hook1 Calcutta Gaff
     Sturgeon Snare (Already Broken-in!)
     Homemade Ghetto Cart

I just added up the internet pricing on all these items and it comes out to ~$2100.  I'd like to sell everything together and am asking $1500 for the whole lot and will throw in any ocean and/or bay fishing equipment I have (lures, rigs, hooks, weights, etc. ... too much stuff to list).

Thanks,

Wow...your loss is someone's gain.  I wish I had that much $$ laying around!  Good luck on your move!

Wow, that is a great deal.

You know there is a rocky mountain kayak fishing NCKA sister group  http://www.rockymountainkayakfishing.com/index.php

Sure the ocean is not an option, but there are lakes and reservoirs to fish.  We'd hate to see you give the sport up completely.

Oh, I'm not giving up the sport.  I'm just downsizing... or more aptly put, RIGHT-sizing.  The oldest of my three little girls is just about ready to hit the water, so it's time for a tandem (or two).  I'm just getting rid of the big water stuff!

That is a good deal, but I can't buy doubles of all that stuff! I'm sure you'll find a buyer, but if you end up selling the boat a la carte, PM me! I've always got an eye open for one of these...

Cheers,
Alex

Hey Guys,

I dropped the price to $1250 and put it on Craigslist... like to see it go to an NCKA'er.
