Local source for 3/4" PVC locknut

Working on my bait tank and I can't find a local supplier of PVC 3/4 and 1/2 lock nuts. Everyone has galvanized. Looking online I did find some but the shipping is stupidly high for such a small part. If anyone finds a local supplier in the bay area let me know.

I know this is jury-rigging, but you could adapt one of the fittings that slips over 3/4" pvc pipe, to convert it to female 3/4" NPT" Cut its length down by half, and you'd be good to go:
