Launched at 5pm yesterday to white caps. No biggie, it's the 6" of water clarity that killed the fishing. Couldnt get one hit on plastics, but the reaction bite seemed to be very good, lots of hookups on the jerkbait but many LDRs to go along with them. Lost a couple small stripers at the yak. Around 8pm the wind died down so I decided to try some topwater. Had a few blow ups but the only fish I got on the topwater was the 14" striper. One bass and two small stripers for my day of fishing. Hopefully the water will clear back up. Oh and tons and tons of boat traffic. Many water skiers and tons of jet skis. Off the water at 9:30 I would have stayed out later but the moon didnt start rising until 10 pm on my way home. Better luck to me next time.

Try south (Rivers End marina or Tracy Oasis). Less wind, lice and some intriguing cheese for the frog inclined.

Nice try out there Jeff.  The Delta seems to have a very bi-polar disposition when it comes to bass.  We gotta hook up soon.  By the way, I think you meant 6/18 on the subject line.
