Sat 6/21 Folsom lake

Anita has a brand new Ocean kayak Venus 11, thanks to Joel/Aquansports, and the maiden trip is for Folsom salmon, company welcome. Not sure if my radio will be working, but you can find us lurking the dam. Green prowler, sunrise Venus.

Good luck guys. The lake has been looking really nice... as long as I'm not on it. Everytime I try to get out there, the wind picks up and it's pretty tough fishing. Overall, the salmon bite has been really slow. The bass has been biting good on the Granite Bay side. I've also been able to pick up a few fish out of Browns Ravine. Wish I could get out there with you guys but, I'll be driving back to San Jose tomorrow or the day after depending on work.
