I think Mooch should move to Kansas no Wife or WAF needed

 I don't know if Mooch needs a solution,

 With No wife or WAF account to deal with, I think he already has a Solution...

Joel could always move up here to Portland.  One of the factoids people tell you when you move here is that Portland has more strip clubs per capita than any other large city in the US.  Unlike Kansas, he could still catch salmon.  Oh, and as a married man that has to worry about his WAF, I'm not in a position to verify that claim.

That day-time warehouse full of stripper-gawkers is a sad sight indeed (my car woulda been hidden around the corner  ).  Joel needs to make love to more fish.
