Huntung Hawg Stripers in Hog Slough

Had a few hours on my way home from Sac, so thought a soak in Montezuma for a poss. lost Dino

 would kill the time. Get to the bait shop and no Grass and the Ghost, well,

they looked like they had seen a Ghost, and no pile worms,  Hmmmm,  what to do..?

 I've been wanting to try the " Split tail " thing , so pick up some red worms, Buy some tackle that

I have plenty of @ Home, but none with me now,

(WTHell, I love spending $$$ @ Local Pop's Tackle shop, Good Investment.... )

 So, I pick a tributary of Monte's and let the tide push me up to who knows where,

 and that's where the tail ends, I was unsuccessful at picking up a split tail...

 But, really relaxing just drifting up that narrow slough and drifting back,

 Nice way to Unwind after a 2 Day Burner in Sac....

 Thing hit like a Torpedo!!!! lots of fun considering I was expecting a Little Bait fish..

 I was surprised at what a tough fighter it was, strong hit, took a little line at first, Attitude!!!!
