Oyster Point 06/12/08

Good afternoon,

Shicken and I decided to give Oyster Point a try since live shiners were available.  The water was glassy flat.  No wind.  Not many boats outs.

-On the water by 6:30am.

-Drifted live shiners, frozen smelt, frozen anchovies and casted artificials(Rat'L & Kastmaster) at the following areas:
1)  Near the OP Pier
2)  Near the Genentech Point
3)  Sierra Point Tubes
4)  >0.5 miles east of Sierra Point Tubes, depth 25ft

-Paddle-assisted drifting back to OP. 

-No action.  Not much on the FF either.

-Off the water by 12:45pm

-Ate a pastrami and salami sandwich.

We'll get them next time!
