Glad to Hear ya All doing well out there,

 This is nuts, another one of my Friends almost lost his house in the Santa Cruz  area fire,

were not even heavy into the season yet and it's full on....

 Take Care all,  it's going to be a Long, Hot, Smoky, Summer......

I lived in that part of Bonny Doon around 10 years ago. It gets bone dry even with a normal rainy season. If it's this dry now, it'll be insane in October.

  I spoke to a contracted fire fighter last night at Henry Cowell SP (Felton) that was taking a break from the Martin fire, he told me that they were extwinghing What remained of the fire that night (Saturday) We were glad to hear that.  Saw lots of fire truck from different places convoying out of the area both yesterday and thismorning.  Probably heading off to other fires that are going on.
