Mike, what are you doing back there? Helping the folks bail out from all the Mississippi River floodwaters?

That's not too inviting if a RF/Ocean window......'Butts in the bay?

I might be able to sneak out Sunday...after getting skunked at Stillwater last weekend I'm leery of wasting 3/4 of a tank of gas for nada though, so the bay sounds like a good idea.  Besides, I'm a Butt virgin...um, er...that didn't sound right.  I've never fished for halibut...that's what I mean!  :smt005  So maybe it's time to give it a shot, assuming the conditions look good.  I'll keep an eye in the hookups forum!  :smt004

I'm thinkin the winds/hurricane will begin on friday......maybe pushing in enough thick fog to hold the morning sickness down, for a weekend of early hunts.
....stand by.

With all the wind, swell and wind waves I doubt water vis will be much..........I am thinking Salt Point or Fort Ross.  If all else fails I will nap in the truck on the bluff and soak up all the salt air possible. Friday slight possibility.........Saturday best shot .......or Sunday is father's day and I will do as I please and it would please me to "Go Coastal".  If we go it's gonna be real early  (like a five o'clock launch) and  see how it goes. Who's in....??

Bodega Buoy Forecast....... :smt013     We'll keep an eye on it along with the Salt Point dive reports/forecast.

I've exhausted ALL my wave/ swell & wind resources and have determined that the swell is begging to drop tonite and will be at the 5ft. range by Sat A.M.

I'm NOW flippin sides and will be thinkin&plottin a trip to the OCEAN if it will have me/US!

I see that it's forcasted to stay on the crappier side up north of the gate. Swell and wind not droppin as low as the southern waters.

...don't know if it's gonna happen! , but I may have to make the run to check!
