The week of June 14-17, the top water evening bite should be good in the Delta.  The weather is getting hotter and the tides are going to be high and outgoing.  Bass should be ready and willing to hit buzzbaits, poppers, spooks, and any other bait that produces those irresistable ripples.

PM me for the hookups, times, and locations.  Late afternoon til dark.  Should be tons of fun.   :ball

I can do a 16th and 17th or maybe a 15th pm. But I prefer mid week days because it will be quiet and boatless :)

I might be able to do it. I'll know a little later. Where are you entering the water?

I might join you after work on 16 and/or 17. Depends on this nasty wind.

Looks like a few may show on Sunday...

Launch at 4:30-5:00 at Kings Island Marina ($5 launch fee, put in drop box), back at launch by dark, about 9.

Topwater action for bass is good from 6 o'clock on...

Monday and Tuesday's launch TBD...

Hey Bryan,

Any word on how the wind will cooperate for Sunday the 15th? Thanks.

Last night was nearly dead calm.  Sunday????  Reports look okay.  There are some wind-protected areas to try your fly.  Not too much boat traffic in the slough I am fishing, most boats take the "short cut" to avoid a longer 5 mph stretch near where I fish.

Hope to see you there.

If you are doing a morning trip I cant make it, evening I can. I was thinking about bringing my fly pole too. I got a nice thick fly rod for some stripers  :smt003

Anyone still interested in going Monday evening for topwater bass action??  Sunday evening's bite was tough, but we managed a few bass and a nice kicker fish at 6 pounds.

4:30 pm at Kings Island Marina.  Leave at 5, back by 9.

Hope to see you there...

Your hot spot Sunday paid off. Thanks for arranging the trip there. My current avatar shows me on Sunday with my new big bass.
Thanks again
