The NOAA forecast for Monterey bay is usually accurate for Carmel bay. Unless there's some S swell mixed in. And the current forecast for Mbay is not too bad. I'm still going fishin

Guys I have had too many windy days lately and the wind is forecasted to blow again. The NW swell running high and with the minus tide at mid morning, I am going have to play this one by ear. I can't launch until late morning either so Good luck and good fishing...

Would sure like to see you out there but understand if you can't make it. I will not be able to go out next weekend but I'm planning a trip out of MBK the following weekend to target Halibut. Let me know if you can make it. Hopefully the weather will be settled down a bit.
