Elk Carpool???

I HAVE to work on Friday, so I'll head out sometime that evening after the kids are down.
Anyone want to carpool with me?  It would be great to have company and split costs.
Will be leaving from San Jose and will have room for 1 kayak on top of my Tahoe.

Have a trailer hitch? I'd love to hitch a ride, but I have two yaks and two people coming that need to come.

I've got a 1-7/8 Ball on the back.  Does your trailer accomodate gear?  The back of my tahoe doesn't have that much room for a lot of gear when I stuff my ice chest, fishing/diving gear back there.

Dear Fellow Yakers:

                            I need a ride but,  don't have a Yak. I will be Ab diving only and, can help with the Derby Cooking and cleanup. I can bring some Smoked Salmon. I lived in Albion for eight years and, know the area. I would take 101 North to Cloverdale. Take 128 West to  Ft. Bragg. about 70 Miles take the Bridge Left across the Navarro River to Hwy1. follow 1 South to Elk. Make sure to stock up with Gas and , everything you'll need because things are very costly on the coast. The North end of Ft. bragg. has a Safeway and quick eats. The south end of Ft. Bragg at  "The boatyard" shopping center  has a laundrymat and, a Subway.
                           My wife needs our Van to go to work so,  I'll need to be picked up at my Apt. on Wolfe Rd. and Arquez in Sunnyvale.

Haven't heard from Brian, so if you need a ride, I can pick you up Friday afterwork.  Also, I've got a spark kayak you can use.  Its a Malibu Pro2 Tandem that can be paddled solo.

If ernie wants wants to carpool that's cool. My trailer doesn't have storage so it probably wouldn't work out too good anyways.
