Good to know...thanks for the report. Were other boats catching anything? I heard that one of the party boats - the Tigerfish maybe - caught a bunch of salmon this week at Pedro Point...

That was some dark dark water out there, I didn't think the fish would be able to see the bait.

I went south between 10 and 11 a.m. and saw kayak wheel tracks but no other kayaks you must've been to the north. I was surprised there was nobody out there but a couple of skiffs. Pretty dreamy conditions, wish I could've stayed longer.

I chased birds straight out front for a little while then headed toward the party boat and hit fish on the way out.

IT WAS A NICE BLUE ONE TOO, THE LAST POINT BEFORE YOU GET TO BEACH WITH THE PIER. CHEF IT WAS IN ABOUT 35 FEET.

PAUL, I SAW YOUOUT AND WAS THINKING HEADING OUT, BUT I NEEDED TO GO. I GUESS I SHOULD OF SARTED MY CIRCLE THE OTHER WAY. CHEF

The fish were not so big anyway. I needed a little something for the smoker as supplies are running low. I'll throw it in the salt tonight and smoke it in the a.m. The party boat that was out there yesterday had fish to 14lbs but I think they were fishing further offshore. Buona fortuna
