Elk facility details

Lots of questions about what is at the ECC so I will write this brief description

The ECC has crude lawn that we will be camping on.  There are picnic tables for each tent spot.  There is a nice shower and dressing area for the ladies.  Two indoor flush pottys.  Commercial kitchen.  We are putting in two temporary outdoor man showers.  There is running water, in and out.  Indoor gym/theater.  Movie screen and built in DVD projector.  Basket ball courts.  Wood fired outdoor bread oven.  TONS of parking.  Fishing is directly across the street.

We will be cooking fish tacos saturday night.

It is all a little funky, but better than most camping on the coast.  The scenery at the ECC is so so, everywhere around it is amazing.

Bring whatever you need for sleeping, cooking, etc. just like any other car camping trip.  The lawn is lumpy from gophers, highly recommend a thick air mattress.
