Bay Thurs maybe Fri

Anyone planning on fishing the bay Thur or Fri. We are ready to get another butt. I would also like to catch some big leapord sharks or rays just for fun. We will probably go to ARW for butts but I'm open to other possibilities. Where is the best place to fish for leapords and rays?

For leapords is it best to just drift with frozen squid? 

ARW on Thursday sounds good to me. For leopards, I would probably anchor and use squid, although I've caught them drifting before. I don't know my work schedule for the week, but if it stays open, Thursday is good, and hopefully the winds will settle before then.

I'll join you guys Thursday at ARW.   hoping the wind is down.  just have to find out how to get some live bait and we'll be set.  see you guys there.

If we're doing live bait, why not launch at Berkeley. Apparently you can paddle right up to the bait supply place, which opens at 7.

Ideally, I'd be on the water by 6 or 6:30, but to wait 1/2 hour for a scoop of live bait sounds worthwhile.

Any ideas on how to keep them alive?

It looks like there will be three of us but we can't go till Friday. All you Thursday guys make sure you leave me some fish for Friday.

I'll try to launch by 7-7:30.  I have to beat traffic since I'm coming from vallejo.  looks like it's going to be a hot day according to forecast.  Let's hope there's no wind.  Frozen chovies on the menu...

Saw you guys out there working the water.  I showed up a few hours late due to this head cold .  Only plugged for and hour and a half for nothing but a lot of sun for so early in the morning.  Hope you guys did better than I did.  Later.
