Correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't the winner of the Elk tournament receive a new kayak?

Spoke with Ric today. They are sending up a Navigator XF...the same boat that won the HMB tourney!

I've not seen this boat before.  In the pictures it looks like it has 6 rod holders forward and two behind the paddler?  Am I seeing this correctly?
