I got the lamest game ever for Nintendo Wii for my recent birthday.  Does anyone else play Rapala's Tournament Fishing on their Wii console?!  It is so frickin cheesy, but fun.  Anyway, at least it'll be something to do when there's nothing to fish for.

Hi Martin. Is the fisherman floating when he fishing or in the water with the fish? Very hokey. I have older Bass Tour games that are more realistic than that. You prob had a better time being skunked at Lock Lomond.

Even the original shareware Basstour game is more entertaining. In the older games, time is important (incl. travel time) as well as selection of rods and lures. If you ever want to try them out, let me know.

I got it for my bday too, and I have to agree...very cheesy. We love the Wii and have a bunch of games, but the funnest always seems to be Wii Sports.

BTW, I use the Wii Opera browser to cruise the net and noticed the NCKA site is Wii friendly.
Hard to post a message with the remote.

I rented it from Hollywood Video just to give it a try... and boy does it suck!

On the other hand, the Wii Opera browser that Al mentioned is quite cool.  Browsing the NCKA site and seeing our fishing pics on a 50" plasma is sweeet!

I'm still partial to the old Sega Bass Fishing on Dreamcast.    :smt004

I played Black Bass on the original Nintendo back in the late 80s & early 90s.  I loved that game but I was also 10 when I got it, so take it for what's worth. :smt044   Still have it somewhere, I should bust it out.

Hhahahahah!  Yeah, over the holidays a friend and I wanted to play some games, so we got an emulator and played Super Mario Bro's 3, and Super Mario World.  Beat both of them in a few days, rekindled a lot of old memories!

I downloaded that and Mario Kart for the Wii. My kids (both in their 20s) and their friends love 'em.
Most weekends we have a group of them at the house...pizza, wine and Wii. I can't last as long as they can and end up falling asleep. Wii tennis anyone???
