Nice day at China camp 3/7

OTW @ 10, played with the tides, moved around soaking ghost shrimp, nailed a striper just off rat rock, would rather release but was bleeding bad so he's dinner. Put up a hell of a fight, thought sturg for a second or two... 24 inches of cherry busting aoty points... my new scupper plugs, 1 inch tubing, also turns the footwell into the perfect live-bait well.

Rat rock. Canada geese on both ends, going apeshit with each other.

Its one of my oldies, just says "camp knife" on the wooden knurled handle, I like the oversized hilt to keep me from cutting anything off of me that I want to keep.
And yeah, the fish was twice as fat as the Mendo stripers were early last year, this fish had an empty belly too, the fillets are soaking in milk till we bake it tonight and smelled soooo sweet.

Wat to go Ben! I just hope Adam doesn't come looking for you.
